Wow , nice build . How do you get the front hole for the body perfect like that , because the body post comes out at an angle I never get it right . End up with an oval or a large hole in the body .

you have to mark the hole on the body about an 1/8" to 3/16" further front from the center of the post.

thanks to brian (Y'ernat Al), the front bumper on my car finally has the jg mfg. decal on it. it's not the dark blue that the car is supposed to have, but like brian said......... baby blue will have to do. i'm sure one day down the road the correct one will show up somewhere.

i also have the correct jg decal for the nose section of the body (below the 4). once i have the body back in hand i'll be able to switch out the one i threw on temporarily. i still need to find the "mickey thompson" decal for the roof. that one is proving to be hard to find.

after 13 months, the body is back in hand. so, i swapped out the temporary jg decal on the nose for the correct one, and i also painted the window nets. i'm still missing a couple decals, but i'm sure they show up a some point.

since better pics of the car with the body off have come about since i got this thing together, i now have alot of stuff i have to do to it to get it closer to original. so, a complete teardown and rebuild is in it's near future. :)
