Wait, he's actually expecting people to trade a 1/1 scale motorcycle for his RC-10? What does he think it's made of, PURE GOLD?

This was entertaining, another person convinced they are sitting on a winning lottery ticket. Start at the bottom:

Hey, at least you guys HAVE a few RC10s listed. On Craigslist around here, they sell for reasonable prices... within nanoseconds. And other than that, it's all Slash, Revo, Revo, Slash, Savage, Slash, "Vintage" T-Maxx (that one made me chuckle), Slash, Revo... and they're all convinced they're worth $300 or more.

Don't look at me! Lol. I can't remember the last craigslist transaction of mine. Those people scare me!

So, who is worse..... the guy who thinks his Revo is worth $300 second-hand, or the guy that only offers $50 for a complete RC10 setup?

How much would you offer for an rc10 with no detailed pictures of the underside or other areas of the car? A starting price of $275 should bring with it great pictures of a very nice rc10.

If you were selling your house, and had a 'for sale' sign on the front lawn, with a $275,000 price tag attached, and someone came to the door and offered you $50,000, what would you say?
Or, do you think it's fine to offer for the whole package less than the probable resale value for the just the shocks and/or the wheels and tyres???

Gotta love that "guilty until proven innocent" rationale.......

It's a little car and not in the asset class of real estate. That comparison is laughable, as is your little tirade in this thread.

Gotta love your indignation on behalf of this guy's rc10 craigslist ad.
I have a roller buggy posted in my for sale thread right now, feel free to offer my asking price or really show your skills and go above my asking price. I'm glad to suffer fools every so often.

It's an item, for sale, with a listed price and a limited amount of pictorial evidence as to condition. I thought the comparison was pretty accurate.

How hard is it to send a message to say "Can I have a picture with the body off, and of the bottom of the chassis", or "what condition is the chassis in"??

I saw your roller, and was almost going to buy it..... but if you're going to insult members just because you got called out on being a lowball flipper, I tend to lose interest.
