#5 looks to be a diff hub that doesn't use screws to mount the wheel.
Corally used clips to mount their older wheels. So maybe Corally?
#12 is kind of like #11 but it fits a 5mm axle and has a 3mm hole for the axle thread.
I still think this might be a spur holder. The 5-to-3 mm axle hole screams "layshaft". Possibly for proprietary spurs?
#17 - A&L Lethal Weapon diff parts? Or extenders that fit over #16?
#18 could also be for body posts.

Cool, I'll look at some Corally cars for #5.
#17 definitely don't belong to an A&L Power Clutch...I had one of those.
#16 are the left side hubs that pair up with the #6 diff hubs. They have the same hole pattern as #17, #12 and the two hubs below #12...and I think maybe that hole pattern might match up with the 3 hole Mini-Mag wheels. #16 are also for a 6mm shaft so maybe they're for a Kyosho pan car?
It occurred to me yesterday that #11 might be for a drag racer/funny car and #12 might be for a monster truck.
I don't know if it's alright to post links to eBay auctions that have ended here but there are more pics of the hubs there. If you want to take a look at them I can PM you the link.
And thanks for the help.

regarding #5
yes Corally cars are using clips for securing the wheels at their own Corally system, but this system doesn´t use aluminium hubs but plastic drive plats.
There also is an US style system for Corally cars, but these hubs are using screws as any other cars, no clips.

I think a lot of those hubs with 3 holes are RC500 stuff...

Did the RC500 use metric sized shafts? The 3 hole hubs have either a 5mm, 6mm, or 7mm inner diameter.
Now that you mention it though #17 does look like something off a gas engine....maybe a flywheel/clutch part?

I'm no expert, but a lot of the RC500 stuff seems to have 3 pins, check out this manual shot...2 speed is 3 pins as well..???

Ok, I have been cleaning out boxes of stuff and stumbled on this. Anyone know what it may be? All I know is it's shiney, pretty and new. The box had Clod parts and pan car parts (but that may not be of any help). I am thinking some sort of Clod mount, but am likely completely off.

i think that's a trailer or sled pullling hitch for a clod buster.

OOOOOH... that makes sense. I was trying to mate it up to the Clod axles and also trying to turn it around to make it mount on a RC10L... neither with great success.
Maybe it mounts at the bumper somehow.
Thanks! Now off to see if I can find more info online.
EDIT: the internet is amazing when you know what you are looking for!

A few pictures down there is a non-gold version of it. Thanks again!

Its made by a company called MaxTrax which was a division of Hobbico. If it doesn't fit the Clod, than it could be the Midnight Pumpkin / Lunch Box or Blackfoot version.

This is an odd occurrence. A couple of days ago I pulled a box out of the crawl space full of old computer stuff that I hadn't seen since the late 90's. I went through it before bringing it out for garbage and there was one of those black cylindrical things in it. I thought what the heck is this thing? It was magnetic but the field was very weak so I chucked it back in the box.
