This will end up being a nice little family getaway

I was just checking dates again when I looked at the wrong month. Trying to figure out how I could go with the daughters 3rd birthday and my wife's sister getting married (both of us are in the wedding too)....

Well poop, take lots of pictures. Maybe next year.

Not at all - my wife was just up in Waterbury a couple of weekends ago and it took her just under 3 hours...

I already have her sold on the idea :D Just need to decide on what to race (or get something) and get the "ok" from work for the weekend :)

If you had your choice between the Trinity Cobalt 27 stock motor or the new Reedy 27T stock star, which would you buy? I know the Trinity is proven, but I am leaning towards the Reedy for my RC10 for namessake. Has anybody run them yet? They are both the same $$$.

Mark Westerfield wrote:Jconcepts Rounders in the front and Double Dee's in the rear for 2wd, Double Dee's all around in 4wd. Double Dee's get about 140-160 laps before laps times get off pace. Pro-line Holeshots work as well but the life expectancy is a little lower.
Hey Mark - do you have a part number/link for these JConcepts tires?? I'm not a huge off-road guy, so these aren't too familiar to me :)

Thanks

no you can run that... it doesn't have to be stock cars, just cars (or ones based on cars) from before 94 thats all

Question about the concourse...

Cars entered in it, will they be required to run in the race?

I have a baja bug RC10 that I'd like to throw in there, but I dont think the body would work too exceptionally well to race with... :?

Hey Erich - I know the schedule says open practice on friday until the track closes, but what are the track's hours? The website says until 10pm - is that set in stone or will the track be open later?

We are usually there till around 11pm. We will probably be open earlier than 5pm as well on Friday, but I'm not setting a specific time until its gets closer to the race.
