Man, associated did a really nice job with the box art on the halsey kit. I've thrown away many kit boxes after finishing builds, but this one is a keeper for sure!

As far as my masking and painting went, this was probably one of my best in near 40 years of doing hobby rc, I’m just very impatient. I picked these exact colors on purpose, going with the lighter blue to be different. I knew the stripes would be difficult to get exact, so wasn’t expecting perfect there, and I added the “orange” accent on the left to be me. I am mildly color blind, however I do not think Tamiya knows what the heck orange is
lol That would be my biggest disappointment here, I’m seeing more pink than orange! And the orange was what I was hoping would pop. Oh well, here she is! Sans decals…the Jay Halsey Skittles edition!!

Haha! Thanks all around! Yeah been into Subarus since they first brought the WRXs stateside, this one’s been a little project, but coming along nicely! Speaking of boxer…
