Not in post but just went to Hight point Nc and picked it up! Another 7001 10T 90 percent built and never run.Just missing body and decal sheet. Has all the wheels an tires thank god,and i was looking the front wide inner wheel halves then remember the skinnys use them too duh brain fart noticed shock oil had leaked out then i found he never but the cap oring seals on duh.Only thing missing was one steering turnbuckle and the servo mounts.I have the paper work and the original box too.Found a few short arm rc10 parts and a 6196 decal sheet in it too various nib parts and xp esc and 2 cadillac new rear shocks built.rc10 lights and knockoffs .Not bad for the drive i took today but now im totally tired but siked up,already working on the 10T soon as got back home.don

HI!... Picked this up off Ebay a few weeks ago. It was advertised as a Tamiya F-1 bumper. I bought it since it looked like the bumper to go on my Tamiya Honda F-2. These are white though. Never seen a white set.



Apparently they are from this, and extremely rare in white.

Released in September 1982, the Brabham BT50 BMW Turbo was the last Tamiya F1 model with the tried and trusted flat pan alloy chassis. Like all the competition special models, this car had good speed and handling and in the ever increasing hobby of RC racing was a perfect beginner's car.
The body shell, as always with Tamiya models, was exact in every detail to the original F1 racing car, right down to the wing mirrors, which are now almost impossible to find if replacements are needed.
The Brabham BT50 BMW Turbo was not produced in great quantities, hence the extreme rarity of this Tamiya classic. This makes the car very expensive to collectors. Occasionally one will come to auction, but at a price. If someone is rebuilding and they struggle to find the white set they are then forced to used the more common black.

A box arrived today from Charlotte Nc I purchased off Craigslist.I was like a 5 yr old at christmas,since he said he tossed in a few EXTRAs.
I opened the box found a mint Edinger late one with a new Ner2x and Novak Duster esc ,Duratrax gold wheels new original rear tires and those 4 or 5 row spiked tires on front.It had a new white stealth tranny and black motorplate new,and a Dirtinater mod motor new not even capaciters on it.New s132h servo,mint futaba jr radio with the four knobs left of the wheel.The stealth was on fastened in by tranny brace and motor guard screws,thank god they didnt drill the mint chassis tub!! I lifted it out the box to find,3 nip packages from novak that he just tossed in for free i didnt know about til he mention he tossed some extras in the box but no mention of the fact it was nib novak stuff. Ner2s Ner2x and 8-28hv.Im still hyped up like a crackhead been an hour since got it!! And the car is new built !!!

The only bad part cause it usually is 2 4-40 holes just behind shocktower for one those mini tube body mounts and if course no six gear trans and acompaning parts or original wheels or body and wing but hey i made out good i think even with no battery cups and servo mounts. DON

Do you want a six gear? I'm not using the one I have for my Supermod project and that thing is like new on the inside. Gears look to have never turned. It's only missing the screws that hold it together. Let me know.
