My Worlds Car came with a B2 body on it. It's similar to the Worlds body. The fit was okay. The biggest difference I remember was the hight of the tub sides. The B2's are considerably shorter, so the body was a little shorter on the sides, and I think slightly narrower up front between the shocks.
I think the B2 is a reasonably close fit. I think I'm going to stick with standard AE and aftermarket RC10 specific bodies though.
On a side note, back in the day I ran a Sidewinder body on my Tamiya Fox. It took a little modification, but it ended up fitting and looking pretty good after some creative scissor work.
