I know it's some kind of Yokomo chassis, but no idea who made it or if it has any value. Should it have a matching top deck?

ohh la la - CORALLY!!
Havent seen one of those in a VERY long time - looks to be in nice condition too. Pretty sure its a Yoko one.
YES - it is worth somethign to the right buyer.
From memory there was a top deck - however most ran the standard or other aftermarket top decks out of carbon or glass.
Nice peice!
Cheers

Re: Who made this and is it worth anything?
looking at the holes I would say NO topdeck at all: those holes running close to the middle-line are for the L-shaped stiffener.
Would make nice start for a shelfer project

That's looks a yoko version of my old Cat-XLS 'PK' Chassis. The saddle pack battery holders are identical and just bolt in. We used to have lots of holders and glue our cells into them. then you simply bolted cells in and out between heats.
The cat version came with a topdeck which was like a standard top plate but with a 3/8th" machined slott down the centre which was a dream to cable tie your wiring to!
All were annodised red. they defo made optima mid SWB saddle chassis too Some people also called them Corally chassis but I can't remember the PK/Corally relationship.
VERY NICE!!!

The piccy shows the underside and as far as I can tell it's never been used. Didn't know Corally made parts for other manufacturer's cars.

Pk-racing was the dealer for yokomo in the neatherlands and Corally was allways very much intertwined with PK.

I've got one with a few other Corally parts, but yours is in much better shape than mine. The holes at the rear of mine have been slotted. I think I might have the upper deck, can't remember for sure and I don't know where the parts are currently.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.
