I had an idea for a project that I am trying to keep to parts I have on hand and under $100 in other parts.
I found the least expensive tub on eBay and bargained the price down. It arrived in time for the weekend and I am excited.

So I called up the processor to go over the results. First off was an offer to refinish any parts I wasn't happy with. That was a nice offer, but I'll be ok with what I have. I just wanted to know a bit more about how to do this better next time....
From the long view the first cheapest tub pan turned out pretty great. I enjoyed working on it so a I bought another super cheap pan as a project.

I won this on E-bay a couple of weeks ago. Even though the seller claimed it had a stealth trans you could tell by the fuzzy pics that it didn't. I got it for a decent price so that didn't bother me. I would like some help identifying the body...
Hello, this is my gold RC10. I bought it used but in very good shape, I only buy a few parts to get it as nice as possible without spending too much money.

The original 6010 RC10 looks like that, but mine is not very original :the chassis is a later C version (brighter yellow color and drilled for the stealth tranny) and a few parts are from a Championship edition.
