How to paint bodies ???

What is the best way to paint the body? Type of paint to use? Airbrush/can?
I've painted 4-5 bodies all look OK to Good, but want learn to do great paint jobs.

Here is one of the last paint jobs I did.

didnt that car sell on ebay a few week ago.... anyway that paint job look good to me :D

No, two weeks on ebay and no one came up with the reserve. I'll just keep it!
