I agree, especially if they are going to potentially all be tribute cars, aside from the '89 and '91 stealth, the '95 francis B2 and '99 masami B3 were ifmar winners as well.Charlie don't surf wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 5:36 pmIt only makes sense, most of the fast guys in the vintage scene (for AE cars at least) are rocking B2 or B3 buggies. Granted most aren't racing these Re Re cars, but still.mikea96 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 4:30 pmI don't remember where I heard it but apparently there will be a b2 this year.Charlie don't surf wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 3:31 pm Nice! Just notice 1 thing they missed, at least for the photo shoot. They didn't cut down the wing tubes, so add that to your list of things to do when building.
Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.

Ordered. It's the least I could do to show my support. Will look amazing to any Masami re-re they decide to launch. HELL YEAH!

Pre-ordered....I think AE did a commendable job on this one. The price was a bit of a sticker shock, but if you wanna play....your gonna pay as they say

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
Noticed that some decals were added after the race to the original body, which resides on a replica chassis now (original chassis was stolen in Japan according to BK). One being the "Ezekiel" on the wing (what is that sticker for anyway?) although there was at least one of these on the back left of the body side. Funny part is AE's sheet has it replaced by "Ezekool" decals. Also Missing a MIP decal, probably because they don't use MIP CVDs in this car and use their own ones with the reversed cups.
Other things I noticed while pouring over photos from '93. While the rear of the chassis is countersunk for the motor plate he actually ran just 1 button head cap screw back there in the right hole(facing the back).
I'll likely compile a list of differences between the replica and the car that won the worlds when i get the final product in my hands next month.

Re: The Kinwald Edition RC10 (it is here!)
I wonder if some of the elevated cost versus the other re-releases is due to royalty fees for some of the brand names on the decals? That Oakley sticker could not have come cheap.
I can't be alone in thinking the "blue drips" from the original would be part of the decals?
