I don't remember where I heard it but apparently there will be a b2 this year.
It only makes sense, most of the fast guys in the vintage scene (for AE cars at least) are rocking B2 or B3 buggies. Granted most aren't racing these Re Re cars, but still.

I see why the 4wd cost $459, but with the Team Car at $389, the $459 for this buggy seems high. The amount of pan modifications etc are minimal. It does look nice though.

They are trying to recover that $10k check they wrote to the Crohn's people at the big race

But yeah, the price is crazy for sure. You don't get a lot for the added cost.

I just pre-ordered this car lol, OMG, wow.

I have an original, never run edinger and a 40th. I held out on getting everything else including the 4wd, so....being this new car is pretty much the top of the line for the alumni m tub chassis and rc10 in general, I believe this will be cool beside my 40th. Representing the first and last tubbed RC10.

Yah I shook a little when I submitted payment....but oh well.

Hopefully I get it.... It's been 6 hours since it has been placed for pre order, hope I got there in time ...it's gonna sell fast.

Y'all were right; this isn't simply a Worlds re-release. It is AE's attempt to replicate the '93 IFMAR winning car and create a nice tribute to a great RC racer who is no longer with us.
That makes this one very special.
I've gone ahead with a pre-order.

What got me is them saying the chassis was cut down and edges polished along with the cut down motor plate, to the one hole, custom shock towers the way B.K had his.

It's a one off mirageSS body.....the whole car looks sick and I don't have a stealth car, so ..I said oh yah, it's mine.

Only thing that sucks, is, this a s strictly a show queen... Well for me I guess, but.... It will be cool and ways

I won't lie, I really like this one. I, again, won't lie, I'm not this much of a high roller

This makes me want to source a Hydra Drive and all the extra bits to really take it to the next level. That said, I'm impressed AE went as far as they did to get it 90% of the way there. My favorite release from them thus far, for sure.

Edit: Eh, maybe not on the Hydra Driver considering what they're going for on the bay

I am just going to use the money I have saved for the graphite edition and then hopefully I can hit the lottery.
