That's like assuming a crackhead doesn't want to see your pocket full of crack.

I was going to hold off until the summer to build it but I got working on the 4wd then the team car then rolled right into the RC10T.

Did the 10T kit come with the wide front wheels too? Or did you add some vintage fronts?

Was able to get my hands on some ReRe Gt wheels and tires.

Has anyone on here built, seen, or dreamed of an RC10T 4wd?

Is it possible to build an RC10T 4wd with a ReRe kit and a Ten4.1 kit?

Is this feasible or just a dumb idea?

Thanks for entertaining this old guy's thoughts 👍

the only part that would fit would be the idler in the rear, rear bulkhead, and steering assembly. The entire front trans would not work and of course the driveshafts. The 10T as with the DS are just different animals up front, and not at all compatible.

Maybe a buggy with truck conversion wheels.

The wheelbase would be a little short but there are some truck bodies that'd fit.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

if you were to do a truck conversion, you could use the ten4 in the LWB position with the lwb belt

That's a different direction but I like where you are going with this. I did have an RC10 with the Monster Truck conversation back in the early 90s.

Thanks!

At least it's getting used out there and not shelfbound for eternity

Yeah, built this intending to bash it around a bit. It drives and jumps awesome, but the front arms are pretty frail if you hit anything with them. I guess that's to be expected with such an old design. The stock slipper is barking like crazy (which I also kind of expected), so I ordered a V2 for it. These were never intended for brushless, lol.

If it's making a barking sound that's probably the diff not the slipper. I'd tighten the diff a little bit and loosen the slipper.
