Diamond Ones Rocket Blackfoot

Here's the 1st successful run...just trying to get it up to 45mph with old school 6 cell and Lemans 240st...that rocket was an Estes E12...will try an E16 tomorrow...got F15 ordered...those run for 3.5 secs

Made a few changes..went with an E16 engine and 17t pinion....success...44mph

Tried an Estes F15 today...it starts off tame but comes on like a banshee 4 wheeler..way to much power..made the repairs, will go back to to a safe E12 tuneup

Whoa, not enough run way for the bolink car! How badly did the blackfoot body get roughed up in the f15 tumble?

Not horrible, but has a new body coming ...it's dialed with the E12's...he wants it mint for botm 🤷‍♂️
