Found some amazing vintage parts!

Post by TycoTamiya4eva »

This weekend is starting off great. Found some rare sees aluminum and JPS aluminum Wheels. The two sets that are still in packages, along with two sets of sees knock off nuts, just blew my mind. Tomorrow, I'm taking a trip upstate to hit up a couple of old hobby shops. I called one of them, which is 3hrs away, and the owner said he has a ton of old new stock in the back that I can go thru. Keep your fingers crossed!

Now THAT is an absolute score. That's likely over 2k value in today's money. Also they're not even oxidized much being in the packaging. NICE.

Wow, incredible!! :)

The smaller diameter Sees are for the Midnight Pumpkin / Lunch Box sized tires. I have a set myself I've had for a long time.

Thanks! You are absolutely right. I had a set of sees champ 500 wheels that had over 20+ years of oxidation. It was a pain to get that off of each wheel

Thanks bro. I live in NY and fortunately there are some old pop and sons hobby stores still standing. I do miss the one I had around the corner of my mom's old house tho. They were the best and that's where I first saw the tamiya king cab
