So, what did you do RC today?

When it's R/C related, but doesn't fit anyplace else.

More like what I'm doing right now. Started my Cougar 2 Works rere build and I have to say I love how everything is packed by step.

Isn't that a smart system?! I love it, and did my fox kit the same way. I will probably continue doing it that way on future kits I sell as well

Not hunting for parts is a great thing.

It’s something that Schumacher has done for a very long time

So, it is my first day on RC10 Talk, but I have my dad's Gold pan in pieces on my desk right now. Trying to organize a list of parts to rebuild the car is confusing! I do not have a picture of it right now though.

I appreciate it! I'm thinking about making a Team-Kit-style build out of it. Do you have any tips for tuning it once it is back together? Also, do you have any tips for mending the chassis? There are some bends in the rear bumper and motor plate, and I've been using a vice to get most of it out. It has been working, but it has creased in some areas. Is there a new, better way to do it?

I really needed that manual by the way. I had been on the AE website looking for the manuals, but I somehow could not find them.

If the chassis and motor plate are bad off, replacement might be options. If using a vise, be sure to use wood or plastic to protect the aluminum from the vise jaws. Using wood blocks and a hammer pound things out/flat is an option too.

Continued the build on this Tamiya chassis I'm building out of parts I have laying around...

So far, it's about 75% new parts.... hoping that it will match the body I have set aside for it!

10 points for anyone who can identify exactly what it is.... or, soon will be ;)
