They were a limited run item, and due to the time it took to break in and Dyno each of them I just don't know if I will do another batch.

If you make a purchase from us and would like a label I would be happy to send one so you can sticker up your own motor 8)

Fixed some seized bearings and put some more zip stiches on my hornet. Appropriate slogan for the "Hotmess" as I've dubbed it.

Since my B2 should be here today, I started on the .4 front end for the hex conversion...and I was lucky enough to find a couple sets of Assc 9880...however the 9881/7496 axels are a tad difficult to locate...so I made my own from some SC10 rear CVD halves. Not to bad for making a lathe from a 1/2 in drill and a Drexel lol

Getting a lil' done on the team car here and there. Still have parts trickling in as I get around to them. Currently waiting on a couple Factory Works bits, some ball studs and a servo horn.

Motor in the pic is a Reedy modified Gold Star 14x2, but the armature that came out of it has 22 written on it and the wire is obviously far too thin for a 14 turn motor. I stuck a 14x2 armature out of a brand new Speed Gems Onyx in this motor and it sailed to 35k+ rpm at 7.2V. I have another 14x2 arm that's in a Speed Gems 2 Onyx but it's in rough shape and the comm needs turned bad. I cleaned that one up, put it in and it was weak as hell only turning 22k rpm.

The gold shocks with green springs makes me cringe and can't stand them. Will definitely be switching those out with hard anodized.

Wired up a Novak T-1 and added Factory Works carbon trans mount and battery strap.

That T-1 might have the 2 pigtail red wires connected together for low voltage (4 cell) 1/12 scale use. If you plan to run it, that might be worth double checking.

6 gear rebuild time! Also adding bearings where I can and oiling the bushings that I don't have replacements for. Hopefully this makes everything nice and smooth.

The sport tuned's last stand. It survived two sessions at the sandy dirt track in the wet, couple beach trips, and a couple snow days, but looks like it finally gave it up on the beach today. Had a few minutes of fun before the motor got really slow, loud and hot. I could probably fix it, but a new motor is pretty cheap.
