Was a reference pic found online of a nip.
It's my motor. This Bud's for you. :)

Does a new in package Bud's motor have a white paper label on it like my motor has? Just trying to figure out if the label was later added to my motor by a previous owner.

I'll check my motor for a small label. CAM had some small white labels on their motors, but it was only 3 numbers or so and crisp handwriting. IMO the small white label on your motor looks like it was added by the former owner.

sandkil used a NOS Bud's motor in an insane speed run build a while back and it had a white label too, but I can't see the writing on it. That doesn't mean the motors were always done the same though. "This little label is different! You'll never work at Bud's again!!! You're fired!!!"

I took a look at the armature. It's nice to see a marked armature instead of having to guess.

Dig those markings on the arm. It's possible the #7241 is from Bud's, but the sharpie was added after.

Thanks. So #7241 without the black marker looks like a correct Bud's label, and it is a 12x2 per the armature. Whether it's an Oval track motor is uncertain but possible.

I don't see any Trinity Monster Horsepower motors listed in the reference guide. If anyone has info/specs on these motors please share.

I think I may have the same motor that R6cowboy showed months ago.
Label shows 12t 49,500 Rpm's
Recent find, NIB but does show some corrosion/rust from poor storage.

Yours is NIB and does not have the small strip of black tape around the top of the can and endbell. Was the black tape not factory applied on NIB motors?
