Yep...an OG Revtech Mabuchi....I've got a few of them...this one will be a great addition, as it's got the older 'The Revtech Group Custom & Prototype Electronics" label. They originally started out in the slot car days.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2024 5:59 pmInteresting motor. Much thanks for solving that mystery, stoked! I'll use those tires for certain now that I know they're for a Tamiya SRB.azone wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2024 3:05 pm coincidently, I was browsing ebay for tires this morning and saw those. They are pro-line 114-R.

I had bookmarked that one, looks like you got a really good deal. The body was the only thing that held that auction back, with a new paint job that will be really nice. Are you going to do a rebuild thread for it?Dustydrone wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2024 5:39 pm I picked this up on Ebay. It should be here today or tomorrow

For now I'm going to shelf it, but I definitely want to restore this one. I'm within 5 years of retirement so I'm starting to collect retirement projects.GreenBar0n wrote: ↑Wed Jul 24, 2024 9:21 pmI had bookmarked that one, looks like you got a really good deal. Got a bunch of stuff I'm waiting for now. LHS has a RC10DS on order for me, I have a Dirtmaster coming in next week, and I have just placed an order for the Fan RC FR-01 earlier today. Should keep me busy for a bit.
Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.

Quoting myself, the 870 arrived a week ago (posted in the other mail thread). The 10T has made it done under, been here about a week but still not at my house. No tracking updates for a couple days

He sold me on a 1/16 RC VW Bus, not long ago, it rips - one of the best indoor RC's I've owned.GoMachV wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2024 4:41 pm After watching Tomley's video I had to order one. Now we wait![]()

I might have to wait on that same one as you are, too.

I saw AliExpress was having a sale and they also had a $40 off coupon, couldn't pass this up. Probably be 2 months of boat travel to get here but couldn't resist at that price.
