Reasonably sure it's a RPM 91 worlds conversion. It was listed as a Team Car. These are images from the ebay listing.

Stop reminding me... I wanted that one but I sort of have a real project car demanding my attention, and cant justify spending more money on new RCs until I get rid of some of the ones I'm not using.
