The first Tamiya king cab slot truck
If you don't know by now I am a huge Tamiya King Cab and Tyco RC fan/collector so I thought is would have been cool to make a king cab slot truck just for fun as I have never seen one.

Re: The first Tamiya king cab slot truck
AFX and more recently Auto World made that particular Baja Bug slot car in many different colors, but none to my knowledge that had Tamiya branding. Is there a Tamiya decal on that slot car? I don't think that's a Sand Scorcher per se, just a Baja Bug. They're not that rare. I have a red one. They actually suck as slot cars because the shortness of the body makes them spin out or fly off the track far too easily. The Daytona Charger is one of the best, because it has a long body and the rear end can lean into the guardrails more when taking an inside corner.dsmith wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2024 12:39 pmThere's one on fleabay at the moment...TycoTamiya4eva wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2024 1:21 amThanks man and no I didn't know that.
