29MHz was used in Australia, and probably other parts of the world... we didn't have access to the 72/75MHz bands.
eBay'd the Rx. It's a Polaris from the period. Realized when I opened the box....red antenna wire...29Mhz..oh well. Somebody musta used them, or they wouldn't have made them.
