Cool, and that's an excellent looking paint job!

That looks really cool! So does it fit on a gold tub? I’m still trying to decide on a body for my build..

I don't see why it wouldn't. They are the same shape.BattleTrak wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 5:59 pm That looks really cool! So does it fit on a gold tub? I’m still trying to decide on a body for my build..
On later models, the gold and black pans are identical (other than color).
The only thing I've noticed to cause problems with some bodies is shock towers. Various front towers have more or less clearance where the nose passes through. Some rear towers place the shocks more inboard, requiring extra clearance on some bodies.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Wicked paint job Jason

Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.
Hey Cru ! Go balls out

There are a few reproductions of the Mirage SS, but this is the only one with the scoop. If you're building any kind of proper 93-95 RC10, this is the one you want. Not the others.

Darkside Designs painted it. I don't have the patience for something that elaborate.

Re: New Jconcepts rc10 body
Not to blow past that impeccable and periodly painted paint, but the body itself is really cool. It's kinda wild that IFMAR doesn't allow, say, a vent flap cut into the body unless it is originally molded/part of the body. I remember an A&L body bitd that had special instructions regarding how to cut out and cover molded vent intakes with household window screen/netting......I did it. It came out like s**t but it was all my fault.
Rad body!
Rad body!
Hope you're doin' something fun.
