*waves* The obligatory hello from Oregon!
Hiya everyone! Been in the hobby since the late 80's with my Tyco Turbo bandit and use to race it in a short lived Bandit class at the B&I Raceway in Tacoma WA and at the Tacoma r/c Raceway -> then Kyosho Outlaw raider (which I still have the pieces from) -> Team Losi JRxT truck that was converted to a LXT (still have it) -> Team Associated RC10T (still have it) and when I recently got back into the hobby after 10 years I got a Axial SCX10 and got readdicted so I'm almost done restoring the RC10T and LXT and having some fun with them again.
The hobby has changed so much and I hope to catch up with it soon!

Hi , welcome to the forum , sounds like a very familiar story of RC car addiction, you'll find plenty of people to enable you here

If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.
