Going to continue the theme? I love it!

I have full intention to do just that. Was not into it at first and bought it because dldiaz had thrown me an offer I just couldn't refuse but checking it out with the home brew wheelie bar and just the wierd factor figured in I think I can do something decent with it.
Is it possible to flip the bearings so the flange is on the outside? It would narrow the trans.morrisey0 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 17, 2023 12:25 pm Trackmaster chassis from FTW.

Got so excited, I threw the bling trans in there within five minutes, just to find out it doesn't fit.The PO had widened the holes in the chassis by 1mm out and I had not noticed. Just need to come up with a plan now.

The bearing flange is about .9mm, so it would get it close. But although the bearings are tight in there, I wouldn't trust friction to keep them there in the long run. I am not against the idea of a threaded hole next to the bearing with a screw head to hold it in place though. I will see if flipping them leaves enough play for all to run smooth.
