Bosscat Cougar 2000 shocks

Post by 1911Colt »

So, I notice that the Mission FT shocks can use the same alloy shock seal upgrade (U1818) as the Bosscat, some variants of Cougar 2, Cougar 2000, CAT 2000, etc... So the Mission shocks are like tiny versions of the old Vari-shocks

When perusing the parts for the Mission FT on Schumacher's site, I see that there is also a set of 1 piece shock pistons available for it. Can I infer from this that I can use these pistons in my vari-shocks? I have Muzzoom pistons in my Bosscat, but my Storm 2000 has the original adjustable pistons.

You sure can, the later plastic vari shocks came with 1 piece shock pistons as standard
