The outdrives got a quick freshening with a small file for any burrs, and a super quick polishing for surface rust. The bearings were a little tight on the outdrives as they both mic'd in exactly at 3/8", but the bearings were definitely a tic's hair larger than the trans case openings, so needed a little persuasion.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Fri Sep 02, 2022 9:00 pm Do the outdrive slots have any raised burrs on them from dogbone wear? That can make the bearings hard to press over the outdrive.
