This is Jeremy from Boki, we can absolutely do gear covers in Lexan. We’ll spin up versions of the standard one and B4 slipper conversion style. How many are we looking at? We’ll also make this a stock item.

Losi JRX Pro shock parts.
Finally received the LOSA5015 shock cartridges for my long silver shocks, apparently they will fit in the old shocks according to the gurus here.
Got some new LOSA5023 Shock clamps and cups while i was at it for the project, its suddenly blown out, waiting for a Carbon chassis from Fibrelyte in the UK now as well.
Took a gamble on the Traxxas driveshafts to be compatible too, but they don't look quite right. Originals still soaking in simple green until i get around to cleaning them up to compare.
Also some Lundsford tie rods on close out and 4/40 RPM Ball cups.

Tamiya TB02 alloy parts.
This was a freebie from another deal but i really liked its stance, Pretty old car now, about 8 or 10 years i think, but was the basis for the EVO series.
Accidentally stumbled across a hobby shop with "closeout" deals on the alloy parts, guess as they are so old now, the rear hubs and steering were US$4,each, but the Tie rod holders were down to $.99c each, Crazy, even with shipping under $25 New Zealand dollars.
Couldn't go past them, not really a fan of the 2000's blue anodizing but too cheap to pass up. Found the shocks from another bin buy.
Also like these slideology 4.8mm threaded balls, fit up nice on older Kyoshos and tidy up the tie rods nicely.
Anyone else collecting too many projects?, I think I need an intervention, or a bigger shed.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I have multiple Bolinks in better condition (Sport, Eliminator, Road Pro), but none of them excite me as much as this POS. For the longest time, and this is still true for the most part, I cared about "my prime" RC time, about 1984-1991, but more and more, the older stuff is interesting me.
I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.

Thanks goes to you for the tip. This unit is certainly one of more cleaner ones I've seen and tires seem to be new. It's strategically placed blended in the mix like its always been there

The front wheels / tires seem to be CRC spec. Can't see the rears.

Sticker would be from the foams, I think... so you can remember what rating they are, without having to keep the packaging.

Those are BSR spec tires and wheels. I have a few sets of them. Until recently, they were far cheaper than other options (they are still reasonable).
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
