I just picked up a XXX spec truck can anyone help me out with some info.
I havent ever seen one of these before. I am looking for a manual to down load or a printed one to buy. this is one of those auctions you through a bid at and the next thing hey I won it. how cool, I cant wait till it gets here. it has Blue tires thats pretty weird.

Re: Team Losi XXXT Spec ?
IIRC, they are just a standard XXXT, blue wheels & shocks. Maybe slider shafts in the rear. Losi was trying to make a spec class with no changes allowed...didnt really fly. They did the XXX buggy also.
Manual was the same, other than saying SPEC on the cover.

Re: Team Losi XXXT Spec ?
Ok I have had this truck a few months now. and have tinkered around with it a little. its really not doing much for me. I ordered new wheels, tires, and a body. but still not their? so I just ordered a CRC Corr truck conversion I should have a update sometime tomorrow. I got one of the super cool JC 1978 Ford F250 bodys for it also. now that, I cant wait to paint that monster.

Re: Team Losi XXXT Spec ?
Well I bought the CRC corr truck conversion kit and I put it on this Spec truck. I wasn't feeling it. I installed the 89 F250 body and the whole truck was so big it was like having an 8th scale with a mini motor in it. I really hated it, and I never even bought the tires or ran it. all it was a carbonfiber chassis extenion plate and a bunch of Losi DT parts.
I had a Losi desert truck I really loved but my son in law was home from Iraq on leave a few months ago, and he fell in love with it. he was going to serve another 6 months in Iraq, he is in the US Army. so I gave it to him.
Since the CRC kit was half desert truck parts anyway, I just added the rest of the role cage and extra shock towers I had for my other DT truck. I bought a stock DT body. bolted it all together and now I love it . With the plastic role bars, working lights it looks so real, I went ahead and painted it with a modified box art Jrxt paint job. installed my race wheels put in a Novak 10.5 brushless its almost ready to run.
