On those the hardest part to find are tires in decent shape. Most are dry rotted. That might be a good start for someone but tires and wheels in decent shape would probably triple it’s value

Got some shock towers and transmission braces from Factory Works. Can't go wrong with these.
Also got a used Hobbywing 1060. I normally don't even look at used ones, new ones are cheap enough. But this was $10 (shipped!), how could I go wrong?

Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Speed Gems Pro Jet 11x2, picked this one up to compare to the Reedy Kr 10x2 & Reedy Ti 10x2 in the on-road T4. A couple spare parts motors from our friendly neighborhood Frankentruck. And servo wire, terminals and crimper for the tidiness.

Servo wire, and a crimper actually made for those little conductors? Man, I need to get shopping.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
These arrived at my office at 5:15pm last Friday afternoon... I left the office for the (long) weekend at 5:10pm
Some blingy touring wheels, a set of Mini race wheels, and a full set of Custom Works wheels. Mini wheels are set to be raced, and the bling wheels will get used easily enough. Not sure what I'll do with the CW wheels at this stage.... but they were a good deal with everything else

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Well, seeing as I got some Mini wheels, better add some tyres for them..... these Rally Blocks arrived today
Also picked up these new Tamiya silver can motors. Not usually a fan of silver cans, but at least Tamiya put a label on them these days, for a tiny bit of bling.... bling that probably far outweighs the relative performance of the motor!!!
So yeah, not much in the mail today....

Oh interesting, I imagined it was the postal service that would deliver with pirate ship. Sounds more like Amazon delivery here in the usa- random unmarked trashed out older painters van with a plain clothes delivery person.Dadio wrote: P.S those Somali poster workers do a great job ( Pirate Ship Deliver service)

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Right when the first Revolution motors were available, I got a prototype motor for the Brutus. This was one of my fastest motors ever.
Faster than the 2x15T Insane. But also the production motors were great.
