Nitro cars
I have a question regarding nitro cars and since I didn’t see a spot for them I wanted to ask here if they are permitted…I acquired a couple of totes full of nitro cars this morning…some look like they just need a little love and others need more than that…my issue is that I don’t have the first clue as to what these cars are to even begin to look for parts or decide what to do with them…so I’d like to post pics of them one by one to see at least what they are so I can determine my next move on what to do…where would one post pics in such a dilemma if at all here?

Re: Nitro cars
Quite a few of us have and post Nitro cars (not me) and they are absolutely welcome, you can post them in their manufacturer sections or if a more unique brand put it in the other makes section.
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Re: Nitro cars
There are also quite a few electric conversions.
Even though I have no desire for a nitro vehicle, I kinda want a RC10-EGT conversion. I know, weird.

Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Re: Nitro cars
That’s the issue…some of them have no markings on them as the pans and such have been replaced with aftermarket aluminum pieces…or at least it looks that way to me granted I’m a idiot about such things…

Re: Nitro cars
It makes a nice mid motored, laydown gearbox style setup. The blue aluminum chassis is also very sturdy.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Thu Feb 17, 2022 9:53 am Even though I have no desire for a nitro vehicle, I kinda want a RC10-EGT conversion. I know, weird.
