Yes sir, that's why I picked it up. From the link you posted in Frankentruck's connector thread. Thanks by the way.

You don't want anything from Melbourne, mate.... it'll be totally backwards, and have the pox, and you won't be able to use it late at night or outside...Retro rc wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 4:49 pmI know how you feel Alex I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a order out of Melbourne….. it’s still at the airport waiting for a plane, so much for air 2-5 daysIncredible_Serious wrote: ↑Fri Oct 15, 2021 5:49 am Got a nice eclectic lot in the mail, finally.....

From the little bit of label showing, my guess is a ROAR stock motor like this.

I saw those, but in a moment of weakness picked the only Kyosho motor I knew that might match the tip of the label I saw.

It's a motor I've never seen before -- Sports H-240s.Frankentruck wrote: ↑Sat Oct 16, 2021 10:26 amFrom the little bit of label showing, my guess is a ROAR stock motor like this.

20 turn single, bearings, adjustable timing.
It's shown in the top right hand corner in this link ('cause I'm too lazy to upload my own photo

Anyway, it runs and brushes are in good shape so I'll clean it and keep it in this car.
Still thinking about a color combo for this car. With yellow wheels, my choices could be a bit limited.

A couple of days ago compliments of GoMachV!
Toy grade but my first. You never forget your first! There have been quite a few I'd prefer to forget though.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Hmm. I've not seen that one before. It looks new, what are your plans?
Today I got a MONSTER truck – just in time for Halloween.
This my first kit from MST but I’ve watched Matteo build a number of trucks from them on his youtube channel and the quality seems pretty good. Anyway, this kit was relatively cheap.
Although the body appears identical to Tamiya’s Hilux MT and Prerunner, it is actually much larger – perhaps a little closer to true 1/10 scale (Tamiya’s body is probably 1/12 or smaller). Anyway, I might post the build on the appropriate forum and show the size difference.
I plan to build some horse power into this one; hot brushless motor and 3s lipo. It will be interesting to see how well it holds up. Should be good fun.
