IFMAR Worlds Champions buggy pictures (10th scale off-road)
I wanted to start a thread focusing on all the pictures (and discussions, comments welcome) available for all the actual IFMAR off-road 2wd and 4wd winning cars from 1984 till 2020. If you can post all 2WD and 4WD 10th scale buggy winners (from whichever country and magazine) that would be awesome and appreciated. Driver, and actual race event pictures of the vehicles are all welcome naturally.
These might be selected pics from the actual races, or take from magazines. While there are separate individual posts of particular cars, I was hoping to organize all the "winning" buggy photos in one place.
I got this special magazine focusing on the master himself Masami Hirosaka and it is probably the best place to start with posting the winners. More pictures to come.

Really cool to see those 4 Nz drivers names on that list,
Gavin Dawson is still racing and is the kyosho importer to nz (toy mod)
Tony Owsley is living in Canada last I heard. After this worlds he came back and built a Masami replica with perspecs arms crazy fast buggy.
Unfortunately Mark porter died in a motor racing crash in the Aussie v8 Supercars at Bathurst, he was another of the Schumacher team nz drivers.
And Ian Stuart (guppy) unfortunately I have no idea where he is now, but he was a big losi man over here, his buggies and trucks were probably the best presented of any I’ve seen.

Blimey, that's the Mark Porter who raced V8's?
I had a conversation with Jason Richards (another one tragically not with us) about RC when he saw my Schumacher t-shirt at a V8 meeting.

Yup that’s the same mark porter. Jason Richards did drive rc for a while as a kid but never really at the top level. Shane van Gisbergen is also another v8 driver that does the rc thing, He’s won several national titles in both 10th electric and 1/8 nitro off-road. Really nice guy too

Thank you for contributing to this post everyone...I hope it continues! Here are photos of IFMAR off-road winning buggies piloted by Masami Hirosaka from a magazine I purchased in Japan. I will be adding more soon. Keep this going...in whatever language!
