Does anyone know if seal kits for Platinum shocks are still available, or know if a seal from another shock fits them?
My Mid SE shocks are getting weepy.

Re: Platinum Shock Seals
Hi
Do you know which of the shock seals are weeping?
If they are the larger orange/red shaft seals (p-4) AE seals should work OK.
If the smaller, inner shaft seals (p-2), not so sure where to get them.

Re: Platinum Shock Seals
Thanks for posting that image of the platinum assembly / adjustment instructions - that will prove very useful over the coming days, as I have some to rebuild from a recently acquired SE. I have a question regarding this, but will post a new topic so as not to hijack this one.

Re: Platinum Shock Seals
Sure thing skipper
I believe I still have all/most of the documentation that came with the platinum shocks as jpegs.
I sold a very nice set a couple years ago.
My knowledge of these shocks is not vaste but I did run them for a few seasons in the late 80's or early 90's.
Let us know.
