Kyosho Pegasus Help

So my dad dug this out of his garage and gave it to me and my son. Bought a cheap esc and we’re off and running.

About an hour in jumped the curb and snapped the stub shaft. I remember this happening more than once as a kid. These were upgraded Thorp too.

I’ve been digging online for a week checked oldrc compatibility.

Does anyone have an idea on a similar stub shaft that would work?

Also what about a hex adapter to change out the rear rims? Thinking that’s easier than searching for tires though I did get a set of Tamiya rears to try.

I think the Big Brute stuff us interchangable....not totally sure tho
