not really sure why but I love the Javelin. The colors never really impressed me but at the same time the Javelin has been my favorite Kyosho. Can't wait to see updates

Back in the 80’s I bought a Javelin from my cousin. I thought the orange rollcage was ugly. I took it off and got the Optima body for it. I then proceeded to throw the orange cage straight I’m the trash! It still makes me mad when I think about that, lol!

On the other hand, that's why vintage is so cool! My re-re is black because the orange is a bit special but for sure roll cage is a must have when you appreciate to see technical details.

Very nice. Has anybody ever thought about putting "Hemi" stickers on a Javelin? Orange and Hemi just go hand-in-hand...

Anyway, the restoration is very nice so far. What are you planning to do with the car next?
