Can someone tell about the motor man behind these Delta motor? Who are they? How about the motor which Art Carbonell won the 1st 1/12 modified class?

Kevin Orton was Delta's motor builder but Art also built some motors.
I bought a Igarashi motor a couple of years ago, which was built by Art. But modifications and look are a bit different to production motors.
