Your only likely way to save them now that they're already yellow is paint. If you use a good quality vinyl/plastic paint and put it on thin enough, it should end up looking OK. I use SEM paints for plastics and I've been very happy with the quality, though to be honest, I've only used black. I've customized some of the black plastic interior parts in my car and painted them with the SEM Landau Black and the result has been indistinguishable from the original plastics.
