Differences between a XXCR and XXCR BK
Differences between a XXCR and XXCR BK
I have what I believe to be XXCR. I don't know the history of the car as I inherited if from my wife's cousin after he passed. What are the differences between the XXCR and the Kinwald version?

Hello,
There is no hydradrive on the BK edition, all the parts are made from graphite (instead of stiffzell), you also have the titanium turnbuckles from lunsford and Tin shock shafts.

Well It didn't have a body or wing when I got it. It has a squared off front shock tower with blue front shock springs and pink rears. The motor mount is silver but no Hydradrive and the turn buckles I believe to be titanium(they aren't steel anyway). The chassis along with most of the other parts are marked as graphite. One thing I've noticed that I haven't seen on others is where the ESC and receiver are usually mounted a slight recess is machined in. I'll try to get some picture posted soon.

nice BK you got there; with some aftermarket parts ( i see losi and trinity)
never seen a machined XX chassis before , probably home made ... gives me some ideas...
thank's for sharing.
PS: front C-hub got a popular modification too (more front bit in long turns)

Knowing who had it before me I'm positive he bought it the way it is minus the parts box electronics I installed. I'll have to get some pictures of the semi restored condition it's in now. I'm looking to install one of the 2 Novak ESCs along with a period correct motor. I'm going to be going with a modern 2.4 radio and NiMH batteries. My end goal is something I can run on open track days.works92 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 23, 2018 1:56 am nice BK you got there; with some aftermarket parts ( i see losi and trinity)
