New Bruiser for $375, Is this a scam?

Post by XLR8 »

New Bruiser $375 usd shipped, new Mountain Rider $349 usd shipped. Can this be true?

The site appears to be legit. These are selling elsewhere for twice that price. What's going on here?

Thanks Jeff.
I was curious so I proceed to checkout and this is what I got.

They never requested payment info so all they have from me is an email address.
Normally these sites are fill with bad grammar, misspelling, etc., and are not up to date on their copyright. But this one looks very proper.
Anyway, we'll see what they come back with. Stay tuned....

I found this website earlier this year. My B.S. alarm instantly went off, but I had to check it out just in case a cheap Mountain Rider could be in my future. It appears to be a money grab scam. I could not find one person who ordered anything and received it.

Thanks Basher.
My BS alarm is normally set to high but today it must be unplugged.
It was the Mountain Rider that brought me to the site. I'd love to have one of those especially after seeing this very well made customer video:

Oh well, can't have everything I guess. :(

It seems that if scamming folks is their thing, then maybe they should pick a target hobby that's actually popular.

I got my fake bruiser on eBay for $290 shipped. It took forever to get here but it’s pretty cool and RTR.

Wait a minute, how do we know that photo is legit.
Oh, okay, I see your Cliff Lett car in the background. Sorry!

Who did you order it from, if you don't mind telling?
