Yeah bodies seem thin on the ground.. if you want to keep it original that is - plenty of other stuff fits! BITD not many people ran the TRX1 shell in the UK due to it not sealing very well around the chassis..
I meant I don't like the shape of it. Colors and scheme are a perfect match
(Tupperware now has many soft tones I believe , not sure, don't see it so often in Japan and the tupperware in my kitchen is vintage)
Found a very clean TRX1. This car is something I've really wanted. Traxxas was my first sponsorship many years ago. Going to get a body painted in my current colors and this one will be a runner. Brand new with the exception of some scratches on the...

No, I don't do any of my painting. I'm terrible at it. The paint job is from Bradley's Fine Line Design.
I am just a cowboy lonesome on the trail ... (Thin Lizzy). A Texas song for a Texas Car ( I know, I know it's from overseas  ). I always listen to music when I am creating. What do you guys listen to when building? Anyways, I felt this was an...

I started this build in 2000 and recently pulled it out of it's storage box. I built it from scratch with no instructions, just knowledge I had from my Blue Eagle (tranny exploded view) that I purchased in 1990. I bought the parts from Traxxas and...
Are these any use to anyone out there restoring a TRX1.
These are actually new and been used once by a Team Traxxas TRX1 driver in the UK (Craig Harris) and are teflon coated and are (and its hard to believe) smoother than the blue ones.
I have...

sorry, count me out, I won't spend money on swapping good shocks for other good shocks.
(This is not a comment on the offer or the asking price, just logics for me since I'm only looking for good shocks and thereby not appreciating the vintage...
the chassis is in great shape no extra holes. painted body looks like it can be stripped very easy since its flaking off. also has a&l steering cranks. added a traxxas steering servo. will clean up and repaint soon. DSCN4004.jpg DSCN4005.jpg...

Car looks great!
I have 2 I am working on, one black and one white. I just got some nicer (TRX3) wheels on my white one.
Bodies will be next but probably only from TBG.
