Building a buggy?

If you were to build up a discontinued TA buggy, which would you start with? I’ve never had a buggy and I’d like to build one up from a roller. Don’t want to spend a ton, so I’m looking at discontinued models. Which one has the best parts support? Thanks.

The best thing you could do is buy a complete buggy that is in good condition, it is definitely cheaper to do it this way.

Look for a stealth car, either a team car if you like black or a CE (championship edition) if you like gold.
