The black steel parts will clean up well with a good soaking in WD40. Grab some 3/16" sized steel 4-40 nyloc nuts for the shock mounting, a 6121 Viper body (since a Protech II would be $$), and a 6182 wing.
Your LHS should be able to get you the body and wing, plus it's likely they'll have the nuts in stock.
None of these things are worth bidding on and/or paying shipping on.
