Feel free to shoot me down for being lazy; I have done a semi-decent search of the forum for this information but it might be that I've missed what the rights posts.
Currently I'm building a 94 runner from scratch. I have assembled the major components I want to use (TCS, carbon chassis, top deck, towers, RPM bulkheads, aluminum motor mount, belts, pulleys, lipo trays, Team Suzuki parts etc.). I would like to start putting it all together, but first I need to source correct size small pieces like screws, turnbuckles and suspension pins and at the moment I have no idea on the correct sizes to buy. In parallel, I'm stripping down a near stock 94 that I aim to turn into a shelfer, and so I could measure everything from there as I take it apart, which I guess is what I ultimately might have to do.
However, given the depth of accrued Yok knowledge amongst the esteemed members here, I was wondering if anyone had already compiled such a list of sizes/dimensions for all the 94's small components?
Or, alternatively, could people point me in the sets of aftermarket screws/turnbuckles they use on such projects? I'd like these to be bling aluminum and titaniumIn where possible.
Cheers
Tim

Re: 94 YZ-10 Screw kits, turnbuckles and suspension pins
your best bet is to start with a manual, which I think should break out screw lengths.
I have seen lots of kits on ebay for lightweight yokomo hardware. I'm not sure if they are truly exact and fit perfectly, but they might get you a good chunk of the way forward.
I'm more familiar with the 870c/91/93 variations, the 94 is pretty different, especially in the front bulkhead.
I think the bulkheads still use the associated screws though and most other hardware is 3mm.

There's a screw kit here: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F122833055084
Suspension pins are 3x47mm for the arms can't remember the ones for the hubs.
You can find the manual here: http://www.competitionx.com/pdf/vehicle-manuals/yokomo/yokomo-yz-10-manual.pdf
As for the RPM bulkheads they won't fit
