I think Dual has one of these - maybe we can lure him into giving away the meassurements.
My guess would be 2,3 - 2,5 mm for the main chassis - top deck 2mm - battery straps 2mm - shock towers 2,3 - 2,5mm

What's the biggest dimension workspace you can have for cutting parts?
