Anyone help identifying an rc12l or rc12ls?

Post by Joey48442 »

Just picked this up for cheap to use for carpet racing and I'm not sure what I have now that I brought it home. The front suspension looks like 12ls, but the chassis looks like 12l, as the front of the chassis does not have body mounts? Is that correct? Also no rear shock? Purple anodizing? This car is a mystery to me. Perhaps it's just a collection of parts someone threw together.

Fiberglass 12L that someone dyed black. Added a LS front suspension thats why no holes for front body posts. Has older style rear pod tension adjuster. Graphite rear top deck for motor pod

Awesome! Thanks for the info! Any advice on set up? Does it need a rear shock?
