What a build and story, really impressive stuff. That Datsun bodied Kyosho is totally new to me. The Scorpion sure has a lot of cousins!

I have been busy the past month moving in to a new apartment. But I finely got some time to mount my new adjustable rear end I got from Dwayne in CA, change oil and springs. I even got time for 2x3 minutes test run at the home track. So now it’s ready for the indoor Nordic Vintage Challenge classic class that is held the upcoming weekend.

WOW! This thread is just amazing. Great pics and video here. The Tomahawk turned out absolutely gorgeous. I hope with some time and a lot of patience, mine turns out half as nice. I love the anodized parts on it, that turned out great. You done a lot of customizing to that buggy. This has been an excellent post to gather info and to see what you can do with these cars is inspiring

Thanks RC10resto! I rely tried hard to get it period correct and still competitive and I rely think I succeed! The only thing that isn't competitive is the driver compared wit the ones in front that still are active. But I will give it a new try in Oslo Norway I August. This is only the short version, the good one is the on the Swedish sight, I tried to keep his under the radar before the VONats.RC10resto wrote:Congratulations Lars!

This build is just unbelievable. Thank you for sharing this with the world. I'm on my second time reading through it all.
