RC10Lss Narrow TRC Pro Lite rear radials.
So I'm sitting here looking through old mags and was trying to figure out how to use TRC narrow pro lite rear tires on a RC10Lss to maintain 200mm width.
What hubs and axel do you use?
Saw an old article on a AE/HPI insane speed run car and it had HPI pro lite hubs.

Axle spacers between the hubs and bearings.

Any 1/4" i.d. shim/spacer would work. You can go as wide as you want until the pinion and spur no longer mesh.

Hm, I have a set of HPI 6160 axel spacers,
I think this rear axel is shortened. There is nothing left to clamp on to on the left side.
Do you possibly have the length of a standard SS axel?

I don't have a stock AE axle, but I have a Tru-turn for 10lss and 12l that measures 86 mm from the back of the diff hub to the end of axle.

Hmm..... you sure about that? That's why there is a specific 10l and 10lss hub.
I sold off my pan cars so i don't have anything to compare?

I know 10Lss and 12L are the same axle, but I also thought the standard L had a much wider hub and axle portion

10LSS hub on a 10L axle and a 10L hub on a 10LSS axle:
The spacing between the bearings on a 10L and 10LSS diff hub are the same...but the end of the hub that the wheel attaches to is moved. On a wide 10L hub the wheel end is out past the outside bearing while on an 10LSS hub wheel end is just inside the outside bearing.

Re: RC10Lss Narrow TRC Pro Lite rear radials.
So if you use a 10L hub on the right side with 10Lss axel you only need to space out the left side to obtain 200 mm with the narrow pro lite wheels??

Re: RC10Lss Narrow TRC Pro Lite rear radials.
I'm suggesting you use the 10LSS hub on the 10L axle. The extra length gives you the room to add spacers behind the diff on the right side and behind the wheel hub on the left.
The 10L hub on the 10LSS axle might work without spacers behind the diff but I'm not sure you wouldn't end up wider than 200mm.
