Re: 870c restoration
Final looks great! The original kit from Japan had pink wheels while the YZ10/US came with white. in picture, i can't find your 4 mint pink wheels.

Thanks DemzDemZ wrote:buggy cam out really good, was it hard to find the parts you needed.
I had one and a half cars to select used parts from.
There are quite a lot of new parts out there if you keep your eyes on eBay and sweet talk people on these forums!
Some parts are harder to find than others of course.
I picked up a very good set of the original purple shocks but for running I will use the re-re associated shocks (had to make a taller rear shock tower to get it to work).
Also got new in pack wide front track kit and chassis spine from the USA.
I'm still looking out for pink wheels and would like an undertray that fits (the team blue groove one came up a bit small so doesn't properly fit round the chassis).
Do you have a car to restore?
I might be able to help with some parts.
Re: 870c restoration
Thanks for the reply, l dont have a car as yet so im trying to decide weather i buy a new kit and pay top dollar or get a second hand one and restore it, thats why i was trying to get an in sight on how hard it is to source parts, people on here are so friendly and ready to help so i think i will go the second hand root. I do have a 92 works on the way which is second hand but in mint condition. Thanks for offering to help me find parts when the time comes.

Re: 870c restoration
Actually, if you use rear axles up front, and move the outer hinge pin to the outer a arm hole, the offset is perfect.npdp72 wrote:2.2"
Current offerings from JC are not the right offset, so I will run these.
After all what use is a wheel if its not going round?
I would like some pink ones though!
