RC10 Shock/Arm Clearance Question

Post by limestang »

When working with the wide RC10 front arms, I often run into clearance issues attempting to install the lower shock mount. My usual solution is to file the arm until there is enough clearance. Is there a better solution?

Thanks, Mark

I usually file or trim just a touch to make it easy. Its a tight fit.

I haven't run into many issues with the parts you posted. The "flanged" rod ends on the other hand need clearancing.

i used the factory b4 balls. they fit into the stock plastic shock ends. fits perfect in the arm.
